STUDIO POLICIES

We require a percentage deposit for each service. There is a strict 10-minute grace period for lateness. After 10 minutes, your appointment is considered a "no show."

Cancellations/Reschedules must be done online at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or same-day cancellations (less than 24hr notice) will incur a 50% fee. Please call or text (512) 814-6461 for any questions.

Booking & Confirmation:

    •    Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation text and a reminder in the days leading up to your appointment. Please confirm your spot so I can hold your appointment!

Service Satisfaction & Touch-Ups:

    •    All services are final sale — there are no refunds.

    •    If you’re unhappy with your waxing service, you have 5 days from your appointment to come back for a touch-up, free of charge.

Products:

    •    Retail products are final sale once opened or used.

    •    Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days for studio credit, which can be applied toward future products or services.

Safety & Age:

    •    Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form.

    •    Male clients are accepted only by approved referral.
