We require a percentage deposit of each service. There is a strict 10 minute grace period for lateness, after 10 minutes your appointment is considered a "no show" Cancellations/Reschedules must be done by text (512) 814-6461 at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or same-day cancellations (less than 24hr notice) will incur a 50% fee. If payment does not go through for cancellation fee, you will be banned from booking.
